EXACTLY what battery are you comparing?

IIRC A123 = 2300mah @ ~40C

= 92A * 13.2 (4s)

=1214 watts

Lipo???

eg- 3000mah @ 25C

=75A * 14.8 (4s)

=1110 watts

So it is important to look at the specs before buying a battery.
