What happened with the new esc to go with the Ballistic 8 motors? Nice to see an updated HVPro esc but it doesn't really bring anything new to the table, compared to what's currently available ( water-resistant is great, if it can actually withstand being driven through a puddle repeatedly or submerged in a stream or pond for a minute, which is what a lot of guys wanting waterproof escs are really after in terms of survivability )... |
I understand that some of you will have different ideas about why we should offer to our customers and we do appreciate this. The Diablo is a product that we designed to meet the demands that we have received by many of our customers that were asking for a replacement for our original HV and HV pros. The wanted a simple drop in replacement which we have done. If somebody else wants a more sophisticated ESC for this application we will have the 1/8 scale ESC the first quarter of next year.
