If you are up for a little bit of modding ( just a little ), then the LST cvd upgrade would be unbeatable pretty much:

FLM shock towers or UE knuckleheads for towers, kinda hard to beat really.
If you go with the LST cvds, then that opens up a whole range of buggy/truggy 17mm hexes I believe- plenty to choose from there + various offsets.
I like my axial terra-rizer tires & 8 spoke oversized ( 40 series ) rims, kinda like bowties pretty much. You may prefer something more aggressive like Badlands or the new Trencher X things- depends on the terrain and personal taste if there is no shortage of power to spin them
