For future consideration:

What tools are you using, and what quality are the screw? I find my crappy allen keys do round off quite quickly so I freshen them up again by grinding a couple mm off the tips. Using good quality 12.9 grade screws is advisable too- cheaper stainless steel ones are horrid sometimes, you can see the hex-hole literally stretching as you turn the allen key to tighten or loosen them...
