Had a few more track hours with this setup now. Its amazing just how effortlessly this motor system moves the car around the track. Geared it up to a 20/42 from the 18/42 it was running before.
Still no change in temps this system doesn't care about moving the 10tt around on 2S or 3S. Wonder how insane it would be on 6S, will have to try. :)
Ran all day at the track today, its so easy to drive, so much torque on hand. Strangly all that "extra" power doesn't translate into mad wheelies and wheelspin. Just straight up acceleration with no drama.
Wish I had gone for this setup from the get-go. Heavier or not, it runs longer, cooler, and nearly as fast than it ever did on the old setup. Handling wise really not much difference. The system gained about .5lbs over the old setup based on the weight difference between the MMM/2200kv and the mmp/3800kv weights.
