Car and Driver tested one, with their limited skill they managed an 11.7 @ 101mph. Personally I think the XO-1 goes a little faster than that. And with a good launch you might be able to get it down near the mid/low 11s.

VEHICLE TYPE: mid-motor, 4-wheel-drive, 0-passenger, RC sports car

PRICE AS TESTED: $1489

BASE PRICE: $1100

MOTOR TYPE: DC permanent magnet, 3.5 hp

BATTERIES: 2 lithium polymer, 0.09 kWh each

TRANSMISSION: 1-speed direct drive

DIMENSIONS:
Wheelbase: 15.9 in
Length: 27.0 in
Width: 11.8 in Height: 5.0 in
Curb weight: 13 lb

C/D TEST RESULTS:
Zero to 60 mph: 3.3 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 6.9 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 11.7 sec @ 101mph
Top speed (redline limited): 101 mph

TEST NOTES: Launches are traction limited. Radio range is barely more than a quarter-mile. Directional control is frustrated by torque steer. Suspension bottoms during hard cornering and braking.
Being Noobs they bought a set of two 8400mah 3S LiPo's from traxxas that added another 530g or 1.16lbs to the XO-1's weight. That probably didn't help its cornering or acceleration at all.
