I think I would kill myself with 250A phase current. If I go with a smaller moto rear wheel, I could gain some more "torque" and not having to upgrade my controller. I just came back from a 13 mile fun ride. Motor was barely warm. Controller case temp peaked at 65C and averaged 45C. The thermal pad on the bottom of the controller to the chassis works good. The chassis was warm right underneath the controller.
