Those idler gears are made for the 3906 transmission. You'll need 2 of them for your stock trans.

The Spektrum radios have 100 foot or less range when using the telemetry receivers. If you use one of the 'R' class (race spec) receivers you'll have more range then you'll be able to use. Even the 'S' class (sport spec) receivers haves a lot better range then the telemetry receivers.

You can put a brushless EMaxx diff in your older truck. I have a set of stock brushless EMaxx Diffs in a custom build with GA Bulkheads.
