I have both the 10L and the 2400XL and I really don't notice much difference besides theoretically being more efficient with the Lehner Basic XL and lighter too... and the can doesn't need to be clamped... and I believe it runs just a tad cooler too. Hard to see the difference though. Also, the Lehner XL has a hardened 1/8 inch shaft vs. the mild stell that FeiGao uses so pinion selection is easier with Lehner. Same with bearing replacement. Lehner is easier to replace bearings. The feigao has longer screw mounts so its more idiot proof when it comes to stripping mounting holes and piercing the coils.
