No, I used to own a phaser 4 buggy(simular to the ofna hyper serie's I believe) which shock's where a little longer but weren't nitride coated, just blank steel. Could be an older version though.

Well I wouldn't know why you would want to use these shock's if the ue's are cheaper, unless you got spare's allready.
