I placed an order [#10002932] a few days ago and the status is still showing as "Awaiting Payment"... I paid with my credit card and it doesn't look like it has been charged. So, yesterday I sent a message to
sales@rc-monster.com asking for an update and I haven't heard back yet.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for an order to get shipped? Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a reply on the status of an order?
I've heard alot of good things about this company and I just want to make sure that I get my expectations properly calibrated.
