Yeah, there's no real reason for a super high cell count for 1/10 vehicles. 4s Lipo is already too much (trust me). Most 1/10-specific controllers (U-Force, Mtroniks Pro, Graupner Genius, Hacker Master Car) are only rated up to 12 cells. It's not a bad thing that the Mamba Max is rated for the same. However, there is a big difference - the Mamba Max is rated at 100amps (more than all 1/10-specific controllers).
