I've used both the BK 12020 and the Quark 125 and I prefer the Quark by a substantial margin despite the price. There are more programming options on the Quark, cogging is less, mounting is easier, has LVC, package is more durable, and I haven't had any of the reliability issues others have found. I personally think the Quark is built better internally too. The only three negatives on the Quark would be 1) heat issues which can be solved with an added heatsink and/or fan, but the BK can get really hot too and it's not as easy to add a heatsink; 2) lack of reverse braking; 3) "only" 18 cells/6s Li.
