I think you are right. I think it is like that for pretty much anything considered high performance. I imagine since all the parts are being stressed because of the high torque and power of brushless setups, any weaknesses will be found. However, once you find the perfect blend of parts and components that gives you the performance and relaibility you want, you'll be all set!
