To be honest, I have heard some pretty bad things about there service, but I personally had a good dealing with Chris Fine. I got my 9920 from him when Mike was sold out and it fried about 8 packs in and I called him, he said send it in, yada yada, he got my 9920 sent to Germany, they said they would cover him, and as soon as they said that they would send him a new one with his next order, he sent me one he had in stock. Like I said, I haven't had a bad dealing with him, but from what I hear, I'm part of a small crowd..
