As per the instructions with the VBS, there is likely some polish and possibly a small bur on the inside of the hinge pin holes. This will "hang up" your hinge pins in a hurry, but you should be able to get the hinge pin back out with a little effort. I will assume the VBS isn't installed on the truck(otherwise you have no chance of getting the hinge pin out). I typically use one of the 2mm wrenches(Integy/RDLogics - any straight wrench with a handle) and a hammer(mild taps-don't try to get it out in one shot!). It will come out with patience. Before you install the hinge pins again, take a 1/8" drill bit at low rpm and run it through the hinge pin holes a little until you can slide the hinge pins in and out without any bind. Take your time with this, as you surely don't want to destroy the $$ VBS in the process. The good news is - once you get the proper hinge pins in place and the suspension working smoothly, you won't likely have to touch it for a while. I don't think I have had to take a hinge pin out of my truck in over 2 years(and this is my racer). :)
