Aluminum cups are a good option. (get 7075's, no 6061's)

and aluminum housings.

You can also look for UE 6 or 8 spiders, nothing beats them. Or an FLM bulkless with the hotbodies! that's freaking tough.. It makes it a set and forget..

If you are looking for a cheap alternative; the FLM cups (which are 6061 though) and the new t-maxx 3.3 housings.
