FWIW: I have my manual cutoff set to 3.1v/cell on my Jato (2s2p emoli cells) and it works fine.

If I keep that setting when using 6 x GP3300 cells, I do notice a difference in power. In my case, the GP cells must drop voltage more under load and either drops near or below the cutoff.
