I have built my own Lipo pack using those cells. It is a 3s2p. The cells really are great, and even have taken some damage (which is known to make them puff, but I got lucky). Just so you know, your prices are way off. For a pack, you multiply the "s" number by the "p" number. For example, you have 4 "p" blocks which consist of 4 cells in parallel. The 4 blocks are then put in series to give 14.8v. So, for a 4s4p, you need a total of 16 cells, bringing it to $280. For a 5s5p pack, it would cost $450. If you would like some further explaining, I can draw up some pictures for you.
