Another thing that holds us back, is the inherint fear of the instability of Lipo's. My track is littered with stories of flyboys blowing up lipo's and they don't want them in a race, for safety purposes. I tell them thats all in the individual, but it falls on deaf ears. My track owner is slowly turning, but it will take outlawing the non green batteries to allow LIPO's to take over (lipo's can be thrown away after proper discharge). My track owner is looking into the A123 and the hardshell LIPO's as possible batteries to allow at his track, I'm pushing for the LIMN as well because the A123 don't fit well in my stadium trucks
