The time to charge depends on the charge current selected. Charging the 4200 cells at 2.1A will take about 2 hrs. Charging them at 4.2A will take about 1 hour.

Runtime is soooo hard to estimate since so much depends on driving style, weight, etc. But a rough guess would be 15-20 minutes of general bashing.
