mamba max and battery temp - 12.31.2008, 04:29 PM

hey guys whats up.i just wanted to know is castle creation still taken the old mamba max ecs version1 back for replacement for the new monster max esc?
v3.also i ran my car today,my bl e-eight with truce rc 4s 14,8 batterys.
i started to take the temp of the battery from the top of it,and temps were between 100 and 118.then i took the battery out and check the bottom of it ,
and the temps were 120 to 128.is this normal? i know the battery is getting a lot of air flow from the top but what about the bottom.the bottom of the batt
is sitting on the bottom of the tray, how do i get more air to flow to the bottom to keep it coooler? or is that each cell is a difference tempeture.is that normal,or is one or two cell going bad.any help would be great.
