Nice build man. Go for it on the gearing. You can always change back. Get some vids when you run it with new gearing.

That looks pretty nice to me. The truck runs great. A quiet setup from the sounds of it, and your top end is not bad for the first run. I would gear it up and see what you can get out of it. Use a radar gun and show us your top speed on the next one. Give your camera man a paycut, but it still gets the message accross. Nice work Shaun.

gear away. the temperature will tell you if you're overgeared so check temps often

Sure sounds cool. However, I will say I just don't understand why guys have road tires for monster trucks. Especially when the asphalt is surrounded by dirt. Get that thing dirty!

E-CRT.5 Monster - RCM chassis, MM/Medusa 50x3300/3s, truck tires, 1/8 shocks
E-CRT.5 Stock - Sidewinder/4600/2s, buggy tires
E-8ight - Tekin RX8 2000kv/4S
E-8ight T- Tekin RX8 1700kv/5S

App store offers some applications for video recording. But I think they are all chargeable. In the 1st generation iPhone, its possible to jailbreak the phone which allows you to add installer in the phone such as Cydia. And that is pretty much like App store, (but there's more free applications). In cydia you can find application named Cycorder which is free video recorder. Hope this helps

Btw nice speedruns Yogy!
