Mentat, in both my 8T 1.0 and 2.0 I usually ran Race Roller setups or Drakes setup. I was running 7/10/3 on my 1.0 and my 2.0 I decided to try 7/15/3 recently and I like it. Remember I do use the Tekno clutch and I don't have any tire ballooning issues at all. I think your running direct drive if I am not mistaken.

I like 10-10-3, thicker oil in the front gives me a lot of on power steering.

Why are you running the silly Tekno clutch? Just curious?

It give one more tuning option, and makes cool motor revving noises when you are stationary. Plus you can add clutch maintenance to the ever growing list of stuff to check every time you run.

there is nothing silly about the Tekno clutch. it is top notch. those who think it is silly have either never ran it or have tried it but havent learned how to drive with it yet. each to their own of course but the tekno clutch is far from silly. it is serious racing equipment from forward thinkers in the brushless industry. Tekno, much like RC-Monster, has been a pioneer in the brushless industry.

I just had to jump in to defend a product i believe in. i will get off my soapbox now.

oh, btw, Mentat. i originally came to post my diff fluid. i have found this to work great.

i run 7k rear, 15k front, and 20k center in my truggy. in my buggy i run smartdiffs but would probably go just a tad lighter all around. like 5/10/15
