I am excited about the removeable sensor assy... Looks like good stuff. I think I may have to pic up a 3.5r for my speed M03... Already have the gtb.

I have ripped the wire out a few times.

Plus you now have a stand alone sensor assy, stick that on the back of a hacker c50 and you will have a more powerful sensored motor. Not that simple, but you get the point. Hopefully novak will bring out some larger motors, and a 6s capable esc...

We are shipping 3 new products this week: the Ballistic brushless motors (modified winds, 3.5 to 8.5), the Havoc 3S speed control and the SmartBoost module.

We will be exhibiting at both NRHSA (Las Vegas) and RCX (Pomona) hobby shows---if you are attending, stop by our booth.

Yes, I noticed the removable sensor plug as well. Finally!! If they made a 3T-1.5T I would get one....unless I find one cheap enough later on.

holy crap! a 13800kv motor will spin at 51k rpm on just a 1s lipo. i wonder how a motor like that would do in a rustler on a 10,000mah 1s2p lipo?

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

I run my high kv motors at around 5V. It will work in a rustler in a dragrace, not so much for bashing or speedruns.

You would need a huge fan over your esc and some pretty thick gauge wires if you wanted to complete a whole run!

They are now selling thicker 13mm and 14mm tuning rotors as optional replacement. I bought a 13mm, it brings my Novak Velociti 5.5R obviously better torque and wider window for proper gearing, and lower temp, recommend.

Here is the link to our rotor accessory page. The 540 can rotors (the first 5 listed) are direct replacements for all of our 540 size motors, including the new Ballistic Series':

Freakin' A man. I might as well sell most of my 1/10 motors if now I can swap around stators for a decent price.

Any chance of a 2.5T version.

I haven't heard any talk about a 2.5 wind, but anything is possible... We could always wind a batch of 2.5 stators and sell them in the store, if there is some interest.

We list a 10,500 Kv (unloaded) for the 3.5 wind---wonder what a 2.5 would be.

We will be offering the wound stators only from the store, at least for now. This new motor is kinda like a Lego build-it-yourself project.

We are also listing sensor extension harnesses---I guess for Crawling applications.
