Need help, Open to suggestions

I want to get a new motor for my Hyper 9E Buggy with a lower KV and I'm torn, I'm currently running a 1515 1Y/2200KV

Here's what I'm considering;

NEU 1512 3D 1700KV
OR
Tekin 1700KV

I'm open for different suggestions if anyone has one for different KV's ???

FYI- Running 4s with a 40T spur, My local tracks are small so 40ish MPH max is all thats needed.
