Need help my Tekin 1550kv motor is going crazy!

my 1550kv tekin motor is having problems. Sometimes after a stop or reverse the motor can't move forward there will be a loud click sound. After a few throttle then the car will move forward.

I pm Randy n he told me to open up the motor n see the rotor. I opened up the motor the rotor n everything seems fine

What could be wrong? What shld I be looking for?
