You're looking at an Airlink 101 Wireless PCI Adapter Card that we acquired quite awhile ago, and since we have wired connections throughout our entire house, we have no use for this anymore.

We tossed the box a couple days ago, plus shipping just the card in the antistatic bag with some padding is a ton cheaper than with the box.
