Can I run 3x2s in series -
10.18.2010, 01:59 PM
I have a bunch of HP 5ah 2s 35c Batteries. I was wondering if I could run 3 of them in series for a 6s result. Never tried it nor have I read its good or bad. Most people only talk about 2x2s. Anyone know if this is ok??

Sure, just make sure your wiring is correct.
Also, try to use cells with similar runtime on them together.

Runtime as in usage & number of cycles
You'll need a series harness for 3 lipos- exactly the same as one for 2 lipos, just has an extra wire & plug ( - to + twice essentially ):
( wire colour actually doesnt matter )
