Flux blur update not working

Flux blur update not working - 05.25.2010, 07:29 AM

Hi all, I plugged my friends flux blur esc into the my castle link to check the esc setting and do any updates but found that i was able to check and change things but unable to update the firmware in the esc im not sure if im doing it wrong it still got the 1.21 beta but unable to update it to the 1.26 final like i have on my and his other castle monster esc's.

We have to wait for approval from HPI on any new software release before we "turn on" the update for HPI branded controllers.

Should be soon.

Is this because they "HPI" doesnt think that the "FLUX" can handle all that you have to offer"CASTLE CREATIONS"!

Oh, ok thanks for that i will let him know. I thought there might be more to it or somthing i have missed and thought it would do it automaticly being the same controler.

No, they just want to do their own testing first, just in case we do something stupid.

Yeah, it sucks. I have 3 Blurs and 1 MMM so its the only esc that can run the latest firmwares.
