Feigao 6s Bearings - 08.08.2005, 10:33 PM

has anyone tried to switch out the bearings on the motor? I was thinking about what could be done just to make slight improvements and was wondering how easy it would be to swap out the motor bearings

S^3: everyone wishes they could design modifications like these.

You would need to take either the front or rear endbells off without damaging anything. I think the bearings are 5x11x5mm, a non-standard size (5x11x4mm is standard).

The best way to change them would be to very lightly tap on the shaft to get the rear endbell off. Don't risk damaging the motor unless it's really necessary to change the bearings.
