Tower hobbies is usually pretty good as shipping (A Main Hobbies is quicker, although farther from me). With tower assume 1-2 days "processing" and then go to USPS.com to see how many shipping days from the closer facilities (nevada or illinois) as long as none of the items say "limited quantities" which means they only have stock at one of their two facilities have it in stock, which could slow things down.

Edit: To be more specific, I would say, it could come by the 14th or 15th, but if they say 16-17 then don't get disappointed if it doesn't come by then. I average about 1 day sooner then they state, but once I did get something on a friday, that shouldn't have come till the next tuesday according to them. AKA if i had to put money down, I would expect you to get it on the 15th or 16th, but 14th/17th is a possiblility and 12th is a long shot, but still possible (5% at best).

I didn't realise you were a fellow aussie chaos. I just got my tower order just then and it took about a week and a half.

Actually make that 2 weeks.

My orders always arrive early, even with the standard shipping. The postal system doesn't move on weekends so that is why it's taking longer for you. I usually place orders ON the weekends and get them around Wed/Thurs.

Tower is pretty good. They got one of my items wrong in my last shipment. They told me to keep the wrong part (just a bottle of paint) and sent me the right part by the next day.
