MMM V2 (won in a bet) it came today!! (Thank you Patrick!).. - 09.06.2008, 05:35 AM

WooooW…. It come today out of the Blue!.. I really wasn’t expecting it at all to be honest with you let alone this quick.. Dam.. You are a MAN OF YOUR WORD..
Thank you Patrick!...

Just so you know I'm putting this (your Bad boy!) in my bad boy!.. I actually removed one of MGM controllers and now I'm proudly displaying / will be using yours..

I’ll be running in on 4s (checked and my PQ-5000XP 25C) meet your requirement of providing burst of excess of 125 amps and can substance 75amps continuously and since it’s only providing 14.8 Volts I'm half of what it’s limits are at 25.2 volts. Actually the exceed your requirements, my continuously is rated @ 125amp and burst are at 200amps so I hope that not to much (??).

I did add an external BEC (CC of course) your 10 amp peak one to try to ensure longevity.. And yes I pulled the red wire..

Thanks again for your time and proving that you’re a Man of your word!!.. For what it worth you have a new customer for life. (Much Like @ RC-Monster). Actually two weeks ago I went out and got your MM combo ($220.00) with the 4600 kv motor for my slash,

My boy has thermaled it at least 3 times on 3s and it still continues to run like a bat out of hell every time we use it.. as well as I have your MM in my Crawler that I run for hours at time without any issue..

All and all truly great product and I'm hoping that this, your new V2 lives up to it’s predecessor the MM..

Shaun.

P.S.
I’ve been waiting “forever” to have the opportunity to post that sign / propaganda flag proudly!, thank you for the just rite opportunity.

Have a great weekend Patrick…

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

I didn't get a prepaid envelope. Hopefully not having one means the MMM will not die.

Geez.... Now thats some confidence in your product. Actually. I think thats a great Idea. They all need to come that way from now on. I could have used that.

Somehow I suspect that what you got was destin to be an advance replacement for someone who had a dead esc and they sent out the new one and a envelpoe to mail the dead one back in.

Since this was a "free" controller it probably went through some odd channel to get processed at CC.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

That is what they did for mine. I called in about my problem & they sent a new MMM & the mailer for me to return the dead one.

I have bought 2 MMM v2s recently and neither came with the mailer. I suspect that it is for people to return their dead esc...

Glad to hear that you like the CC escs Shawn. I have about 2 dozen CC escs (various types) and have had great success with all of them. I knocked the caps off one MM, and may have damaged another. I have always had great service from CC.
