Mamba Max question

this question is about the regular mamba max, not the monster. I was out driving, and all of the sudden, it just stopped working and the led light was beeeping. so i shut it off, and went home...

then i plugged it back in and everything was fine....any ideas what caused it?


my battery voltage was 12.44 when i checked it after the incident happend....i'm stumpted.

Sounds like you thermalled it. Or it could be that it wasn't plugged into the rx properly. Seen that happen before.

Sounds like a thermal. I had that same issue when I had my tc4 running over geared on 4s. when it thermaled that was exactly what happened, led flashing. Let it cool a bit, all ok. that was my prompt to put a fan on it, yes should have geared down, but speed was not going to be sacrificed!

a CAP will help with about 10-15 degrees

yeah, I know. I had a fan handy though and no longer have the tc4.

That MM has been moved to my zx5 where it gets run on 2s only. and back to stock, no fan, no bec.

thanks guys....i just noticed that the esc fan wasn't plugged in.
