Does Castle normally e-mail when they receive an item for warranty work?? I sent my V1 in for warranty and just wanted to make sure they have received it..
When I called them about sending mine in for warranty I was told I would get an email when they recieved it. So far 4 days and no email, I know they have it, but they are probably so busy with returns and such that they proably are behind.
From Castle website:
We will send you a tracking card and/or email noting that we have received your repair. If you do not receive a tracking card/email within ten working days from the date you sent your return in, please contact our Repair Department.
Did you send the controller by USPS priority mail? I just got mine (my first MMM) today. I'm prepared to send this to them if it fails or for upgrade to V3.
I had sent mine in and didnt get anything. I emailed them and they did respond that they had received it. I would just give them some time. I'm sure they have it and are already working on it.
I received a card and email from Thomas. In fact, I just received a 2nd card yesterday :).
