94358 vs Z9000T - 12.04.2005, 06:44 PM

Hello,

I'm looking for the ultimate servo for my Maxx. I've been very happy with the Airtronics 94358 (200oz @ .1sec) but I've heard some good things about the Z9000T from JR (320oz @.15sec) Anyone used the Z9000T? Anyone have an opinon?

Thanks,

I run the hitec 5955tg. It is the stuff if you ask me. If the jr is any thing like that. You will be more than happy.

Peace!

Thanks for the reply. The numbers on that servo (333oz @.15sec) sound great. Only concern I have is that I've heard very mixed reviews on Hitec products. Some people sing their praises while other people swear the company makes flawed products. How long have you run Hitec? What were you using before the new 5955TG?

Thanks,

I have not had the hitec that long. 1.5 months i would guess. I had blue bird before hand and had no luck with them. I had a servo that last me for two weeks. I love my hitec so far. I have a jr on my other truck. It is ok but not the servo the hitec is either.

Peace!

I'll second the 5955tg. By all reports the newer hitec 59...series is a whole new story in servo's, none of the issues of the past.

Just commenting on the quality of hitec, I have a hitec 645 servo and have used it for one and a half years. I first used it on my mad force, then my savage, now i use it on my emaxx and its great. the best $40 i ever spent.

I'd reccomend the JR Z9000T, I'm running one in my LST and love it. I've also ran the JR Z8800T.

JR has one of the best warrenties in the biz, 3 year!
