wats teh best way to bend alujminum without it breaking? I heard heating up, but how should i? like a Lighter, or a blowtorch or wat?

I just bend my aluminum with a vise, no heating. If you want a perfect 90 degree angle, just hammer the "bend" into an angle.

Heat it up if it's too hard.. it will bent like butter.. a blowtourch or your moms stove works miracles here!

Use a piece of wood if your going with the vice and hammer method.

It'll produce the finest, most geometrical correct 90 degree angle bend you'll ever see.
