Hi Biys.
What input voltage can the 9920 ESC go up to whilst giving internal BEC ??
The site is a bit woolly

Mine smoked on I think 5s... even with an ubec...

General concensus is 3s lipo max with the internal bec. Using an external bec with any more than 2s lipo will help keep the temp of the esc down during use.

You are welcome. Another note: although the esc is spec-d at 6s lipo, 5s lipo seems to be the most it will handle. Some have even had issues with 5s lipo, see above!
