check out the new body I just painted :) -
03.02.2009, 09:21 PM
Since I just destroyed my last rustler body, I decided that I needed to paint a new one.
Here it is (the teeth AND the eyes glow in the dark!!)
This is EASILY the hardest body I've painted yet...but it is sooooo worth it! The glow in the dark teeth and eyes are sick!:fear: This is the first time I've done window trim....and I think it turned out great!
I will spank a nitro any day...guaranteed. :)

Nope not mine...I don't mind it per say but, I would rather wrench for 6 hrs. that paint a body. Although, my painting has improved a bit...as much as it can using cans only. I don't paint enough to justify an airbrush set up

Well, for only being the 6th or 7th body I've painted, I say I did pretty good.

Wow, that's awesome. The glow in the dark effect is too cool.
Off topic, but how are the flightmax batts holding up for you?

Thanks! The rusty isn't operational right now, but I will be running a medusa in it. All I can say about the lipos is that they arrived in perfect balance. I should be able to use them in 3-4 weeks.

Patience is a virtue..
Body turned out really well, cleanly finished and well trimmed. The eyes look like mine do sometimes, when I've been on t'internet for too long....

Thanks. Well, I just bought my medusa from mike (plus the endbell plate), so...I may actually get to drive it in 2 weeks. I'm anxious because my rusty and E-Revo have been out of business for about 2 months now.
