I'd get two 16mm x 2.5mm O-rings and insert one on either side.

Or get some 16mm x 15mm x 0.5mm shims...

Or turn some 16mm x 15mm x 2.5mm spacers on a lathe...

won't d shim damage the diff bearing holder or bearings?Where can I get these shims? Is moving d center mount easiler? Just drill 2 holes nearer to d diff?

no shimms are the same outside diameter as the bearing and dont hurt anything.

If you go with shims your going to need a good bit of them.

1mm play is OK. .5mm is better. A little play is better than too tight. Have you run it yet!?

I tried the diff today very nice no more wheelie even on 6s. I was running on slightly damp ground abt med traction. I allow abit more slip, more slip means more sound right?

Do I need to threadlock d screw after I set d slip I want?

I m not sure izzit my gear ratio or I m using a 11T pinion, the speed is abit slower. I will test it again on 13t.

I also notice d motor gets hotter faster.

I was told to use 8x16 bearings sand off the outer sleeves n use it as a spacer as the shims will eat into d housing izzit true?

So far very happy a new tuning tool:)

Sounds like your slipper is too loose.
The shims will be fine in the housing.

Try tightening the slipper a bit until you get your acceleration and speed back
