1950/8 coming into stock soon? - 08.04.2006, 10:05 AM

I'm thinking of getting a 125b and 1950/8 combo but the 1950/8 are out of stock. Any idea when more might be coming? How will the 1950/8 compare to a 7XL?

I'm going to use 4s lipo for now, even so though, the 7XL/9920 combo I have now is really fast but runs way too hot. Don't need quite as much speed, and would like to lose lots of heat. Could always go 5~6s for speed runs later.:027:
Thanks.

Please tell me that's not smoke I see!

The 1950 8t is closer to a 9xl than 7xl. It just runs cooler with a little more umph.

Peace!

You surely will find it a really great motor. Tons of power without heating up.
You also can keep high final ratios if your controller can handle it.
I'ts a pleasure of motor.
I just advice you to buy the hi-amp version. You surely won't need to change the
motor to a 30 volts one and the female connectors on the non hi-amp version are
not so good. I think it would be better to directly solder the esc to the motor
as the hi-amp version oblige you to do.

Ciao
