Angry I fried my schulze u-force!! - 06.07.2009, 11:58 AM

I'm truly dissapointed. I added an external bec from E-FLITE to my u-force because I wanted to run my 3s lipos on it. I ran it in my tc3 buggy (lehner 4200 motor 20/78 gearing). It was running pretty good then after about 6/8 minutes it started shutting down because it was running hot. I finally called it a day.
The next day I plug up my battery to the esc, then I see white smoke coming from the esc. Hasn't turned the motor since!
I truly wish I knew about mgm before I bought all these schulze esc's a few years ago. I've already learned the hard way there is no longer comparison to these 2 esc's. What I do know now is, I'll never buy a schulze esc again!

did you disconnect the red wire from your esc's receiver plug?
