I'd imagine that the copter isn't the only thing pricey I'd wager his controller is one of those snazzy 14ch $2k ones. But yea thats pretty f'n awsome.

Doubt it, it's 75mhz, definitely not 2.4ghz.. Since he has the full blown erect-able antenna xD

Maybe not 2.4g But I think thats a discontinued Futaba, think tower shows it on their site under radios.

Discontinued or not, many pilots of heli's and planes are staying with the FM modulation just because it has proven itself to be reliable over the years. I read some pilots are having spektrum receiver failures. I know I've had one fail in my trucks and I've only owned 5.

That's a beautiful job he did on the beast, perfect. It looks so real flying around in the vid, looks like one is actually flying.

i wish i had feeling in my hands. i'd love to fly a chopper. i'd love to shoot handguns too, don't wanna accidently shoot myself though
