i m wondering if anyone out there has set up an x-factor with a brushless system.if so what system.i want to build a king of the hammers type rock crawler/racer.

lincpimp has the only converted X-Factor I've seen before, but in all honesty I'm not sure it would be the greatest idea to convert at this time. From what I have seen the diffs tend to be very weak, and the upper link mounting point on the axle also is pretty weak. Parts support for this truck is very minimal right now, and is verging on non-existance.

But you can get some ideas from linc's thread if you are set on converting it.
