Studen weilds sword and cuts down burglar - 09.15.2009, 11:14 PM

http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/09/15/...ef=mpstoryview

All I have to say is

I applaud this man. I truly believe that once you unlawfully step into someones house with mal intent of either stealing, hurting or destroying, your rights, priviledges and life are automatically forfeited.

And if you guys turn another one of my threads into a political poop throwing fest, im gonna be very upset with you.

Kick ass!!!

You can use whatever item you have near you as a weapon once they come inside your house.

Just make sure you "seal the deal" so to speak. Hard for dead guys to sue you. It has happened, someone breaks into a house, hurts themselves and sues the homeowner's insurance... And wins... Make me want to throw hot coffee all over myself when I drive a golf ball into a tree that comes back and hit me in the head. That way I can sue starbucks and myself!

Why would you lunge at someone who is holding a sword? I guess he was feeling lucky...

That doesn't stop the lawsuits. there was a man who tried to rob a house, whos owner was on vacation. he ended up becoming locked inside their garage(or was it their basement) for a week, and upon the owner's return, the burglar sued the homeowner for medical issues from being stranded for a week. He won too.

Just because he was a student doesn't have anything with what he does outside of school. Not going to get into a lawsuit descussion on this one.

Come to my house. My mom and I are both 2nd degree black belts. Swords, throwing knives, hira shuriken(throwing stars) all as display peices... but as I have learned. they are the real deal and were never dulled.

Im prepared.

here in my town, some kids broke into a house. The home owner chased the kids down in his car and one of them got hurt by falling (completely unrelated to the guy riving) and the guy got charged for chasing minors or something stupid like that.....

on another note, i can legally shoot/defend/go jackie chan on anyone on my property after asking them verbally to leave 3 times....
