use this calculator to estimate speed and gearing...it will also show you rpm's related to your chose gearing...http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/index.html

plug in the variable and it will help you out. As far as temps go..we all like to keep motor temps below 150. Not sure on max. voltage

I'd run it on 4s primarily, step up to 5s for when you need more power. I'm sure it could handle 6s but that's a lot of RPMs. Max temp is somewhere between 180 and 200 but I always stop running at 160 to stay on the safe side. I'd keep the RPMs under 45,000 but I'm sure the motor can handle more.

If they say 4s maximum, I'd stick to 4s maximum.

English isn't galaxy76 strong suit but here are some tips if you can understand:

Max voltage: Possible to use 6s but not recommended for longevity of motor. 4s-5s is acceptable.
Max temperature: No more than 70C after 15 minute run
Max RPM: If you are worrying about this then you have other issues in your vehicle.
Gearing: Gear ratio will be DIFFERENT DEPENDING ON YOUR APPLICATION. This link will allow you to calculate top speed http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/_top_speed.html
For E-maxx I suggest start with max speed of 30mph. If MOTOR, ESC or BATTERY gets too hot then reduce top speed by changing gear ratio.
