Dual BL CF Wild Dagger - 02.28.2006, 04:26 PM

okay.... things are moving along well if you have been keeping up with this project. i think that the sportmaxx tires look awesome on this truck. i have decided i am going to be running 8cells to each lehner 4200 motor. here are the latest updated pics of the Dual BL CF Dagger:

That looks very neat joostin, first time I've ever seen a conversion of a wild dagger. May I ask what wheels you are running in that thing? They look a bit like the ti22 titanium beadlock rims...

Man Justin, have some mercy on me! First the buggy, and now this!
What can I say? I'm thinking about quitting the hobby...

Looks pretty good. Have you got to test the 4200s out yet? It should fly. You and dagger thrasher should have a dagger race. I think it would be awesom.

Peace!

I was thinking about getting one of those trucks a while back, but think I got a Clod instead.........don't remember, it was a long time ago.

Anyway, I've always liked those little things, but would be afraid of the work needed to make them decent. Still, those pics you show off make me really want to.......

EDIT: I just saw the Lehners poking out, get some controllers and get moving! ;)

i have 2x schulze 18.61k controllers for them, but i do need to get another UBEC since i am using it in my Rustler-buggy. i also need to get some 8cell packs for it also.

my son and i have a couple clods as well; this one is mine, another 18 month long project (steel brakeline, high content silver solder):
