Can I run 2 steering servo on my revo with a single #2 channel outlet in my receiver with 6" (15cm) universal servo "Y" extension lead from JR Racin

Slash 4x4 MMP CC SC 2400
SC RC8BE MMP Neu Tekno 1512/2D
Mugen MBX6 Eco MMP Neu Tekno 1515/1.5D

it doesn't even need to be a "jr" brand, any "y" will do

iirc Futaba male connectors require female futaba connectors; if you are too lazy to cut a notch on them....
