No response?

Anyone ever mailed FLM and not received one back? I have mailed them a couple different times on different issues and can't get anything back from them. Not to mention everytime I buy something it seems like the quality get's worse and worse. I recently had some emaxx part's warranted and the skids were, well not pretty. Albeit this is a bashing truck I don't like buying a BRAND NEW part and receiving it already scratched up. Then my rustler setup, there was a few parts missing (mainly e-clips), and although the website says it fit's all the stock rustler parts, this is not true either. Had to hand fit a few parts, and nothing was bent either, all new rustler with an all new rustler extended chassis kit. Is FLM's QA guy out sick or something? Maybe he's blind.

Eh wasn't really looking for any suggestion's. Mainly curious if anyone else had any like situations, checked the traxxas forums and a few people have had both good and bad results. Sounds like a luck of the draw sort of deal. Thanks for posting tho neil.

I emailed them about a week ago and got a response. Be careful on you title as they may have a spam blocker that may catch it if you are not careful.
