Interesting: Graphing Charger, shows internal resistances. -
03.26.2011, 11:00 PM
Browsing through the good ole hobbyking, and stumbled on this little guy:
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dproduct=15403
Figured it was just another run of the mill mass produced chargers with the same internals, but it was more expensive, and a slightly odd wattage. Took a peak and read some reviews and someone mentioned graphing, then I read the description:
"Measures the internal resistance of your battery for perfromance[sic] checking"
Yes, this charger will check your per-fromance, whatever that is....
But seriously, I thought it was neat and wondered if anyone else had seen this/tried it yet.

the icharger does the same thing, according to my charger the turnigy nano tech 45c have some serious low internal resistance.
Can both check the resitance for the battery as a hole ore induvidiual cells

I have that feature on my FMA CellPro 10S. It's cool to have. And I concur, those Nanotechs have the lowest resistance of all the lipos I used. Lower than Neu and Hyperion. And lower than HobbyKing's other lipos like Zippy H, Flightmax and Turnigy.

My Smart 6 Charger arrived yesterday, intending to use it as a home charger so I can leave my Imax B6AC in the pit bag. Havent really looked into it, charged a Zippy 2200 3s up fine last night, buttons are pretty hard to push, feels fairly cheap. Will update once I have checked out the functions more.

cool, thanks for the update fastbaja5b. I don't think I'll be picking one up until they get more powerful. Something around 200W would be good enough for my use.
Let us know how it works :)
